Your Role as Platform Operator

As an Admin you own the configuration, integrity and operational health of your organisation's Psydar deployment. You are not a data consumer — you are the operator who keeps the pipeline running cleanly, the data above the quality thresholds, and the right people in the right views. Everything executives and team leads see depends on what you set up correctly.

• Configure the org structure: teams, reporting lines, roles
• Manage the roster: invite employees, assign teams, deactivate leavers
• Watch pipeline health: response rates, run status, quality gates
• Handle anomalies: coverage warnings, failed runs, alerts
